The Latino Folkloric Society presents: Mexifest a 3 day ethnic festival that specifically highlights the culture of Mexico, Mexifest will showcase the diversity in Mexican gastronomy, arts, music, and culture. Mexifest will give Calgary a Taste of Mexico.

2 stages, (1 for dancers 1 for live bands) 1 wrestling ring with real luchadores (wrestlers) from Mexico, all surrounded by the most authentic and delicious Mexican food, liquour vendors, artisan market, kids area and so much more.

MEXICO IN CALGARY!!!!

Mexifest is a family-oriented, multicultural arts and entertainment festival highlighting the Mexican Culture. It will take place in the heart of downtown Calgary at Eau Claire Plaza on July 5-6-7. It is an opportunity to support Calgary’s Mexican community while encouraging multiculturalism among all Calgarians.
Mexifest aims at attracting attendees from all walks, with a focus on promoting cross-cultural experiences and introducing the city to the finer aspects of contemporary and traditional Mexican culture.

Admission is $10 in advance and $20 at the door. Kids under 10 and adults over 65 are free.
